What if I Waste My Time?
Have you considered going all-in for 2 years in the lane you're in right now?
It's scary to commit to something for that long—what if you waste your time chasing a result that'll never happen?

I’ve been hustling my creativity my entire life, but it took until my mid-20s for me to find my lane.
For the longest time, I was a hobbyist lacking conviction and clarity—I was drifting.
More importantly, I lacked patience, delayed gratification, and support.
I understand the game at a deeper level now—more specifically, what it takes to gain traction and find success.
I’m a big believer, that when you find a path to own that find fulfilling AF and you desire to be great at...
Consider dedicating at least 2 years to pursuing it.
My 2-Year Breakthroughs
Every big breakthrough or opportunity I've had usually came after a 2 year season of focus.
Any wins I experienced along the way were just signs and omens validating my path.
Once I chased my art in 2013, 2 years later, my Instagram exploded and freelance took off.
Once I started my podcast in 2016, it didn’t really pop off until 2 years later around episode 100.
Once I started coaching in early 2019, my skills and demand didn’t really take off until 2 years later.
I'm almost 2 years into my new art side hustle within the digital NFT/Web 3 scene...
I've experienced some insanely gnarly wins with my art in terms of big sales and big collectors...
And I've coached a lot of other creatives on how to do the same in this new world of opportunity...
However, I know my massive breakthrough is on the horizon lurking somewhere toward the end of 2023.
Requirements + Cheat Codes
I chat with so many creatives who feel defeated…
They’ve spent a few weeks or even months on a path and nothing ever took off for them.
Or they created a product first and thought it’d be easy to find demand and an audience to sell to.
I've found it's hard to expect a big breakthrough when you haven’t:
Paid your dues—there's a time element to every ladder of success.
Focused on doing the hard internal work (head games + habits + systems).
Found your Sweet Spot to thrive and play in (passion mixed with strength).
For big breaks to happen...
It typically requires an uncomfortable, consistent commitment without knowing what the end result will look like.
To speed up the process, you can leverage cheat codes like:
Consuming + applying educational resources.
Tapping into community.
Investing in coaches and mentors.
There's no shame in seeking guidance...
My biggest wins within those 2 year spans, typically came with the accountability, support, and direction of a coach and community.
I'd rather move faster and have skin in the game than waste time trying to figure out all the answers of my own.
I've played that game for years—I don't have the time to waste any more time.
